Your credit union staff is working our hardest to answer all of your questions, meet your needs, and address your issues during this time of social distancing. Due to the higher than normal call volume and the pandemic restrictions in place, if you attempt to reach us by phone, you may need to leave a voicemail for our staff and wait for a return call. Rest assured we are checking our messages multiple times a day and returning phone calls as fast as possible to assist you.
If you would like to contact us online rather than call in and have to wait for a return call, there are multiple ways to do so:
Online Banking Message Center
The most secure way to reach us is through your online banking account. If you are able to log in to your online banking account, you will see an option in the upper right hand part of your screen that says "message center." You are able to send secure messages and requests through the message center that will reach multiple staff members who will be able to answer your question or send it to the right individual who can assist you.
Mobile Banking Message Center
You can also send us secure messages through your mobile banking app. If you are able to log in to your mobile banking app, you will see three lines on the upper left hand part of your screen. This is the mobile app menu. If you tap on the menu, it will pull up a menu of options for you to choose from. If you tap on messages, it will take you to the message center. You will see an orange circle with a white pen icon on the bottom right part of your screen. If you tap on that, you will be able to send your message to our staff through our online message center and someone will assist you with a response.
Website & Email Contact Options
If you are not a member of Afena, do not have online banking, or are unable to log in to your online banking account, we have two ways that you can contact us. Please note that these messages are not secure messages and should not include your account number or any other sensitive personal information. If you simply include your name, phone number, and email address our staff will be able to contact you directly and address your needs at that time.
1. Under the "Contact Us" headline at the top of this page you will see an orange button that says "Have a question?" If you click on this button, you can send your contact information and question through our online messaging system.
