Afena lobbies at both branches are currently open to the public for limited teller transactions. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we suggest members come into the branch to conduct transactions only if it is absolutely essential.
 
If you come into the branch to conduct your transaction, please note that we will be strictly adhering to the CDC guidelines for social distancing. Given our limited lobby space, during busy times you may be asked to wait outside to ensure safe distancing between members.
 
Due to security precautions, members will not be allowed to wear a mask while entering or leaving the branch. You may choose to wear a mask while waiting in line, however you may be asked to briefly remove your mask in order to verify your identity prior to conducting your transaction.
 
Inside of the branch, you will notice that things will look a little different than normal. We have removed the lounge area and coffee bar to assist with social distance precautions. We are asking members to have any non-essential guests wait outside and to keep their time in the branch as brief as possible. 
 
We will continue to offer enhanced drive-thru services to accommodate your financial needs and we encourage you to utilize them as much as possible. Additionally, we have plenty of ways to quickly and conveniently monitor and/or access your funds online or by phone. 
 
 

Account Assistance and Loans 

 

If you need to open an account or apply for a loan, and you do not wish to come into the branch to do so, please be assured that our fantastic member service representatives will be available to assist you by phone - simply call us at 765.664.8089. Whatever your need, our management team has put a plan in place to ensure that we can continue to provide you with all of the products and services you rely on your credit union to provide! We encourage you to call our office if you have any questions about your accounts.
