All members are invited to join us at 9:45 AM on Wednesday, May 17 for an official ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration at our beautiful newly constructed building, located at 935 N. Baldwin Avenue (the site of the former Raintree Plaza) in Marion. After the ceremony, the branch will be officially open for business, and members can come inside, check out the new branch lobby, enjoy light refreshments, and take care of their banking needs.
North Bradner Ave. Branch to Close for Good on Friday, May 12
Afena’s existing North Marion branch (located at 424 N. Bradner Ave.) will be closing for good on Friday, May 12. (Note: the ATM will remain operational and available for use.) On Monday and Tuesday, May 15 and 16, members will need to use the South Marion or Upland branches for their banking needs. Additionally, please note, the Marion South and Upland branches will not open until noon on May 17 in order to accommodate for the grand opening.
Our new building features nearly 10,000 square feet of space that will be the new home to Afena’s corporate headquarters, as well as feature a full-service branch with the very latest in interactive banking technology. At your first visit, you may find yourself wondering...where is the drive thru?
VTMs (like a drive thru, but better!)
Our new VTM (Virtual Teller Machines) will take place of our traditional drive thru at the new location. Just like a traditional drive thru, a VTM can be used to speak with a teller in our branch to deposit money, cash checks, make withdrawals, and more! They can also be used as an ATM at any time.
