Marketing Specialist

 

Afena Federal Credit Union is currently seeking a Marketing Specialist with experience in graphic design, event planning and email marketing to join our team. You will be responsible for rolling up your sleeves and playing a key role in developing marketing strategies and implementing marketing initiatives, including creative, digital, social, events, public relations, and internal and external communications. In this hands-on role, you will work closely with our CEO as well as managing relationships with vendors and consultants. Marketing Specialist Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns, including print, email, Web, social and multimedia.
  • Design marketing collateral from concept to finished product, including emails, fliers, brochures, newsletters and digital/social graphics
  • Create content for the company’s website with a focus on SEO and manage ongoing updates to the site
  • Plan, arrange and participate in various community and internal events while serving as an  enthusiastic and knowledgeable ambassador for our company
  • Manage company’s social media accounts and online reputation

 

Marketing Specialist Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree (marketing, communications, public relations)
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexibility and the ability to multitask
